You will provide team leadership to the Operations Support Specialists located across Canada. Your other key responsibilities will be supporting an operational Line of Business group by providing support in the following areas:
Ø Workflow Management. Coordinate the workflow of the LOB. Input updates and track progress using project management tools.
Ø Project Files. Open new project files and maintain accurate records in MBC Group’s database.
Ø Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Support. Monitor KPIs and report on progress to management based on specific LOB operational requirements.
Ø Client Service. Maintain the client database and ensure all information is up to date.
Ø Operational Support. Administer and support various software applications for the LOB.
Ø General Administrative Support. Provide general administrative support to the LOB. This includes safety tasks, office supplies, filing, and data entry. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
What you will bring
· A diploma or certificate program in business administration from a recognized post-secondary institution, or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.
A minimum of five years in a similar administrative or operational role. Experience in the restoration industry would be preferred.
Experience with the following applications would be an asset:
Ø Xactimate/Xactanalysis
Ø IICRC certified
Ø Symbility knowledge
· Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the following areas: team leadership, Microsoft Office Suite, client service, communication, and organizational skills.
