What you will do
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to presenting and closing.
Collaborate with operations to ensure needs and expectations are met and provide resale support.
Monitor Service Level Agreements within assigned region to ensure client success.
Collaborate with national sales team to ensure collaterals are up to date and accurate.
Participate in business development, growth, and community engagement strategies.
Provide solutions that support the insurance industry and deliver on the Appraisal line of business objectives.
Partner with senior colleagues to proactively build and maintain relationships with key and high-potential customers and prospects.
Participate in industry events, trade shows and learning opportunities.
What you will bring
An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or a combination of equivalent education and work experience will be considered.
Extensive experience within the insurance sector (adjuster, appraiser, vendor manager.) A business development role within a restoration company, independent adjuster office or insurance company would also be an asset.
High level of competence on achieving sales objectives with an in-depth understanding of sales strategy and processes.
Demonstrated competency in the following areas: client relations, relationship building, results orientation, and communication.
Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
